1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoloSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

SoloSuite provides freelancers, consultants, and independent agencies with business-management tools including invoicing, time tracking, client management, and financial reporting. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree not to share your account with third parties or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Collect data from other users without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology that make up the Service are the property of SoloSuite Inc. You retain ownership of any data you enter into the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of your account. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloSuite Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
